You'll help teams and clients see what's working, what isn't, and which opportunities lie ahead.
What You'll Do

Collect, clean, organise and analyse datasets.

Build dashboards, reports and visualisations.

Support research and impact assessment projects.

Spot trends, patterns and insights you can act on.

Work with teams across the studio to answer big questions.

Prepare presentations and recommendations backed by data.

Keep data accurate and reliable across projects.

Help with monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort working with numbers and datasets.
- Ability to explain findings clearly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience in research, surveys, or impact assessment.
- Understanding of statistics and data visualisation.
